(ولا يصح بيع العطاء قبل قبضه) لأن العطاء مغيب، فيكون من بيع الغَرر (وهو) أي: العطاء (قسطه من الديوان، ولا) يصح بيع (رقعَةٍ به) أي: بالعطاء؛ لأن المقصود بيع العطاء، لا هي.
