(وإن قال) : بِعتُك هذه الصُّبرة -وهما يعلمان أنها عشرة أقفزة- بعشرة دراهم (على أن أنقُصك قفيزًا) منها (صح) البيع (لأن معناه: بِعتُك تسعة أقفزة بعشرة دراهم) ولا خفاء في ذلك.
