(وإن) عَلِما أن الصُّبرة عشرة أقفزة، أو قال: هذه الصُّبرة عشرة أقفزة بِعْتُكها، كلَّ قفيز بدرهم، على أن أنقصك قفيزًا و (أراد أني لا أحتسب عليك بثمن قفيز منها، صح) البيع؛ لأن معناه: بِعتُك العشرة أقفزة بتسعة دراهم، وذلك معلوم.
