(وإن باع) نحو (عبده، وعبد غيره بإذنه بثمن واحد، صح) البيع لأن جملة الثمن معلومة؛ كما لو كانا لواحد (ويُقسَّط) الثمن (على قَدر القيمة) أي: قيمة العبدين، فيأخذ كلٌّ ما يقابل عبده.
