(ويصحُّ شراؤه) أي: شراء الحاضر (له) أي: للبادي؛ لأن النهي إنما وَرَدَ عن البيع لمعنىً يختصُّ به، وهو الرفق بأهل الحضر، وهذا غير موجود في الشراء للبادي.
