(وإن أشار حاضرٌ على بادٍ، ولم يباشر) الحاضر (له) أي: للبادي (بيعًا لم يكره) ذلك؛ لأن النهي -كما تقدم- إنما ورد في بيعه له، وهنا لم يبع له.
