(وإن تَلِفَت العينُ) المُستثنى نفعها (قبل استيفاء بائع له) أي: للنفع (بفعل مشترٍ، أو تفريطه، لزمه) أي: المشتري (أُجرة مثله) أي: مثل النفع المُستثنى فيما بقي من المدَّة؛ لتفويته المنفعة المستحقة على مستحقيها
