(وله) أي: للبائع (إجارة ما استثناه) من النفع (وإعارتُه لمَن يقوم مقامه) كالعين المؤجَّرة، لمستأجرها إجارتها وإعارتها. و (لا) يملك إجارتها أو إعارتها (لمن هو أكثر منه ضررًا) كالمستأجر.
