(فإن أُكرِه أحدُهما) وحده على التفرُّق (انقطع خيار صاحبه) لتفرقه باختياره (ويبقى الخِيار للمُكرَه منهما في) حال تفرّقه في (المَجلِس الذي زال فيه الإكراه حتى يتفرَّقا عنه) اختيارًا، لما تقدم.
