(وإن شرطه) أي: الخيار، بائعٌ (حِيلةً ليربح فيما أقرضه، حرُم نصًّا (٢) ) لأنه يتوصَّل به إلى قرض يَجرُّ نفعًا (ولم يصح البيع) لئلا يُتخذ ذريعةً للربا.
