(وإن قال) البائع: (بعتُك) كذا، أو قال المشتري: اشتريتُ منك كذا (على أن أستأمر فلانًا) أي: أستأذنه (وحَدَّ ذلك بوقت معلومٍ) كثلاثة أيام أو أكثر (صحَّ) الشرط، كأنه قال: بشرط الخيار كذا.
