(فإن فسخ فيه) أي: في أحد المبيعين (البيعَ رجع بقسطه من الثمن) الذي وقع عليه العقد؛ لأن الثمن في مقابلة المبيع، فكل جزء منه في مقابلة جزء من المبيع، كما تقدم.
