(وإن شَرَطاه) أي: الخيار (في أحدهما) أي: أحد المبيعين (لا بعينه) لم يصح (أو) شرطا الخيار (لأحد المتعاقدَين لا بعينه فـ) هو (مجهول لا يصح) شرطه، للجهالة.
