(لا) ينفذ تصرُّف المشتري في المبيع (مع أجنبي) بأن باعه له زمن الخيارين (بلا إذنه) أي: إذن البائع لما تقدم، إلا أن يكون الخيار للمشتري وحده، وتقدم.
