فصل صحة رَهْنُ الدَّرَاهِمِ وَالدَّنَانِيرِ] فَصْلٌ (وَيَصِحُّ رَهْنُ الدَّرَاهِمِ وَالدَّنَانِيرِ) لِتَحَقُّقِ الِاسْتِيفَاءِ مِنْهَا فَكَانَتْ مَحَلًّا لِلرَّهْنِ.
