(وَكَذَلِكَ كُلُّ مَكِيلٍ وَمَوْزُونٍ، وَإِنِ اخْتَلَفَا فِي الْجَوْدَةِ وَالرَّدَاءَةِ) لِأَنَّ الشَّرْعَ أَسْقَطَ اعْتِبَارَ الْجَوْدَةِ عِنْدَ الْمُقَابَلَةِ بِالْجِنْسِ عَلَى مَا مَرَّ فِي الْبُيُوعِ.
