شرح الزركشي على مختصر الخرقيal-Zarkashi

قال: ولو كان هو المرتد قبلها فكذلك، إلا أن عليه نصف المهر. ش: يعني ينفسخ النكاح لما تقدم، ولظاهر قَوْله تَعَالَى: {وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ} [الممتحنة: ١٠] ونحوه، وعليه نصف المهر، لوجود الفرقة من جهته.
