" فَلَا شَيْءَ " لِأَنَّ الْمَحْجُورَ عَلَيْهِ لَا يُكَلَّفُ الِاكْتِسَابَ وَالْعَفْوُ إسْقَاطٌ ثَابِتٌ لَا إثْبَاتٌ مَعْدُومٌ " أَوْ " عَفَا " عَنْ الدِّيَةِ لَغَا " لِأَنَّهُ عَفْوٌ عَمَّا لَيْسَ مُسْتَحَقًّا فَهُوَ فِيهَا لَغْوٌ كَالْمَعْدُومِ
