" فَإِنْ خَالَفُوا " بِأَنْ أَظْهَرُوا شيئا مِمَّا ذُكِرَ " عُزِّرُوا " وَإِنْ لَمْ يُشْرَطْ فِي الْعَقْدِ وَهَذَا مِنْ زِيَادَتِي " وَلَمْ يُنْتَقَضْ عَهْدُهُمْ " وَإِنْ شُرِطَ انْتِقَاضُهُ بِهِ لِأَنَّهُمْ يَتَدَيَّنُونَ بِهِ
