" وَلَوْ قَاتَلُونَا " وَلَا شُبْهَةَ لَهُمْ كَمَا مَرَّ فِي الْبُغَاةِ " أَوْ أَبَوْا جِزْيَةً " بِأَنْ امْتَنَعُوا مِنْ بَذْلِ مَا عُقِدَ بِهِ أَوْ بَعْضِهِ وَلَوْ زَائِدًا عَلَى دِينَارٍ " أَوْ إجْرَاءِ حُكْمِنَا " عَلَيْهِمْ " انْتَقَضَ " عَهْدُهُمْ بِذَلِكَ لِمُخَالَفَتِهِ مَوْضُوعَ الْعَقْدِ.
