فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَمَنْ نَبَذَهُ " أَيْ الْأَمَانَ " وَاخْتَارَ دَارَ الْحَرْبِ بُلِّغَهَا " وَهِيَ مَأْمَنُهُ لِيَكُونَ مَعَ نَبْذِهِ الْجَائِزِ لَهُ خُرُوجُهُ بِأَمَانٍ كَدُخُولِهِ وَلِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُوجَدْ مِنْهُ خِيَانَةٌ وَلَا مَا يُوجِبُ نَقْضَ عَهْدِهِ.
