" وَلَوْ شَرَطَ " عَلَيْهِمْ فِي الْهُدْنَةِ " رَدَّ مُرْتَدٍّ " جَاءَهُمْ مِنَّا " لَزِمَهُمْ الْوَفَاءُ " بِهِ عَمَلًا بِالشَّرْطِ سَوَاءٌ أَكَانَ رَجُلًا أَمْ امْرَأَةً حُرًّا أَوْ رقيقا " فإن أبو افناقضون " الْعَهْدَ لِمُخَالَفَتِهِمْ الشَّرْطَ
