" وَلَوْ تَعَلَّمَتْ ثُمَّ أَكَلْت مِنْ صَيْدٍ " أَيْ مِنْ لَحْمِهِ أَوْ نَحْوِهِ قَبْلَ قَتْلِهِ أَوْ عَقِبَهُ فَقَوْلِي مِنْ صَيْدٍ أَوْلَى مِنْ قَوْلِهِ مِنْ لَحْمِ صَيْدٍ " حَرُمَ " لِقَوْلِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خَبَرِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ
