" وَلَوْ تَحَوَّلَ حَمَامُهُ لِبُرْجِ غَيْرِهِ لَزِمَهُ " أَيْ الْغَيْرُ " تَمْكِينٌ " مِنْهُ وَهُوَ مُرَادُ الْأَصْلِ بِقَوْلِهِ لَزِمَهُ رَدُّهُ وَإِنْ حَصَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيْضٌ أَوْ فَرْخٌ فَهُوَ تَبَعٌ لِلْأُنْثَى فَيَكُونُ لِمَالِكِهَا هَذَا إنْ اخْتَلَطَ وَلَمْ يَعْسُرْ تَمْيِيزُهُ
