ثم إبْطَالِ الْأَوَّلِ بِإِزْمَانٍ إنْ ذَفَّفَ الثَّانِي فِي مَذْبَحٍ حَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ لِلْأَوَّلِ أَرْشٌ أَوْ فِي غَيْرِهِ أَوْ لَمْ يُذَفَّفْ وَمَاتَ بِالْجُرْحَيْنِ حَرُمَ
