" ثُمَّ عَيَّنَ " الْمَنْذُورَ " لَزِمَهُ ذَبْحٌ فِيهِ " أَيْ فِي الْوَقْتِ الْمَذْكُورِ وَفَاءً بِمُقْتَضَى مَا الْتَزَمَهُ وَمَعْلُومٌ أَنَّهُ لَوْ خَرَجَ وَقْتُ الْمَنْذُورِ لَزِمَهُ ذَبْحُهُ قَضَاءً وَنَقَلَهُ الرُّويَانِيُّ عَنْ الْأَصْحَابِ
