فصل: في صلاة الميت. " لِصَلَاتِهِ أَرْكَانٌ " سَبْعَةٌ أَحَدُهَا " نِيَّةٌ كَغَيْرِهَا " أَيْ كَنِيَّةِ غَيْرِهَا مِنْ الصَّلَوَاتِ فِي حَقِيقَتِهَا وَوَقْتِهَا والاكتفاء بنية الفرض بدون تعرض لكفاية وغير ذلك
