" وَلَا يَجِبُ " فِي الْحَاضِرِ " تَعْيِينُهُ " بِاسْمِهِ أَوْ نَحْوِهِ وَلَا مَعْرِفَتُهُ بَلْ يَكْفِي تَمْيِيزُهُ نَوْعَ تَمْيِيزٍ كَنِيَّةِ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى هَذَا الْمَيِّتِ أَوْ عَلَى مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ الْإِمَامُ
