" وَلَا يضر طرو ما عرضه له " أي الفساد قبل الحلول " كَبُرٍّ ابْتَلَّ " وَإِنْ تَعَذَّرَ تَجْفِيفُهُ لِأَنَّ الدَّوَامَ أَقْوَى مِنْ الِابْتِدَاءِ بَلْ يُجْبَرُ الرَّاهِنُ عِنْدَ تَعَذُّرِ تَجْفِيفِهِ عَلَى بَيْعِهِ وَجَعْلِ ثَمَنِهِ رَهْنًا مكانه.
