" فَلَوْ مَاتَتْ بِالْوِلَادَةِ " وَهُوَ مُعْسِرٌ حَالَ الْإِيلَادِ ثم أيسر " عرم قِيمَتَهَا " وَقْتَ الْإِحْبَالِ وَكَانَتْ " رَهْنًا " مَكَانَهَا لِأَنَّهُ تَسَبَّبَ فِي إهْلَاكِهَا بِالْإِحْبَالِ بِغَيْرِ اسْتِحْقَاقٍ
