" وَعَلَيْهِ " أَيْ الرَّاهِنِ الْمَالِكِ " مُؤْنَةُ مَرْهُونٍ " كَنَفَقَةِ رَقِيقِ وَكِسْوَتِهِ وَعَلَفِ دَابَّةٍ وَأُجْرَةِ سَقْيِ أَشْجَارٍ وَجُذَاذِ ثِمَارٍ وَتَجْفِيفِهَا وَرَدِّ آبِقٍ وَمَكَانِ حِفْظٍ فيجبره عَلَيْهَا لِحَقِّ الْمُرْتَهِنِ
