كتاب الصلاة.

الصلاة لغة الدعاء، وشرعًا أقوال وأفعال معلومة مفتتحة بالتكبير مختتمة بالتسليم، و (تجب) الصلوات الخمس (على كل مسلم) ذكر أو أنثى أو خنثى حر وعبد أو مبعض (مكلف) أي بالغ عاقل ولو لم يبلغه الشرع (إلا حائضًا و) إلا (نفساء) فلا تجب عليهما ولا يقضيانها
