(وإن أنفقت) الزوجة (من ماله) أي الزوج (في غيبته فإن) الزوج (ميتا حسب عليها) ما أنفقته بعد موته من ميراثها من زوجها سواء أنفقت بنفسها أو بأمر حاكم لانقطاع وجوب النفقة عليه بموته،
