(ومن تسلم من) أي زوجة (يلزمه تسلمها) وهي التي يوطأ مثلها وجبت نفقتها وكسوتها (أو بذلته) هي أن تسليم نفسها البذل التام (أو ولى) لـ (ـها وجبت نفقتها) وكسوتها
