(فلا تجب) الزكاة (فيما يأخذه) حصاد (بـ) أجرة (حصاده أو) أي ولا تجب فيما (يكتسبه لقاط) ولا فيما يملك من زرع وثمر بعد بدو صلاحه بشراء أو غيره
