[باب ذكر القصاص من الأنف] قال الله - جل ذكره - ﴿والعين بالعين والأنف بالأنف﴾ فالقصاص من الأنف إذا كانت الجناية عمدا كالقصاص من سائر الأعضاء على ظاهر كتاب الله، ولا أعلم اختلافا (١) في أن الأنف القصاص، لأن المقتص يقدر على أخذ حقه بغير اعتداء.
