واختلفوا فيمن سرق من ستارة الكعبة ما يبلغ ثمنه نصابا واختلفوا فيمن سرق من ستارة الكعبة ما يبلغ ثمنه نصابا. فقال الشافعي وأحمد: يجب عليه القطع. وقال أبو حنيفة ومالك: لا قطع عليه. قال الوزير: ولا خلاف أنه لا يحل أخذ شيء من ذلك يزعمون أنهم يتبركون به فأنهم يأثمون به وهو من المنكرات التي يجب إنكارها والأمر بردها إلى حيث أخذت منه.
