مسألة: يكره التزويج بالزانية المشهورة بذلك، ويجوز بعد الاستبراء من الزاني وغيره، خلافا لمن منعه؛ لقوله تعالى: " فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء " ، ولأنه وطء لم يحرم الموطوءة من الواطىء كوطء الشبهة.
