فصل: النظر للذة، قال ابن القاسم هو كالقبلة في التحريم للصهر، وقال غيره يحتمل وجهين؛ فدليلنا على أنه يحرم أنه نوع من الاستمتاع واللذة لا تباح إلا مع العقد، فأشبه القبلة، ووجه النفي أنه التذاذ بغير مباشرة كالفكر.
