مسألة: على الصغيرة إذا مات زوجها أو طلقها العدة، وقال داود لا عدة عليها؛ فدليلنا عموم الطاهر من قوله تعالى: " والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون أزواجا " " واللاتي لم يحضن "، ولأن طلاق الزوج أو موته يوجب عدة كالبالغ.
