مسألة: إذا ضرب بطن امرأة فألقت جنينا ميتا ففيه دية، خلافا لمن حكي عنه أنه لا شيء فيه؛ لما روي أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى في الجنين يقتل في بطن أمه بغرة عبد أو وليدة.
