فصل: ودليلنا على أن إقراره بعد طول المدة لا يسقط الحد، قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من يبد لنا صفحته نقم عليه كتاب الله» ، ولأنه أقر بحد لله فلم يبطله طول المدة كسائر الحقوق، ولأن وجدنا طول المدة لا تأثير له في إسقاط شيء من الإقرار بسائر الحدود والحقوق، كذلك الشرب، واعتبارا بقصر المدة.
