مسألة: في خمس وعشرين من الإبل بنت مخاض، ولا خلاف فيه، إلا شاذا، عن علي - رضي الله عنه -، أن فيها خمس شياه، ودليلنا ما روى عمرو بن حزم، وابن عمر، وأنس عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: (في خمس وعشرين بنت مخاض). ولأنه ليس في أصول صدقة الماشية اتصال فرضين من غير وقص يتخللهما، فإثبات ذلك خلاف الأصول.
