مسألة: إذا خلع الخف بطل المسح ولزمه غسل رجليه. خلافا لداود. لقوله تعالى: {وأرجلكم إلى الكعبين} وقوله عليه السلام: (وإذا أدخلت رجليك في الخفين وأنت طاهر فأمسح عليهما وصل فيهما ما لم تنزعهما أو تصبك جنابة) . ولأنه مسح على حائل دون عضو من أعضاء الوضوء على وجه البدل، وكان بخلعه مبطلا لحكمه كالعصائب والجبائر.
