(فصل) وإذا خلع أحد خفيه بطل المسح على الآخر ولزمه غسل رجليه خلافا لأصبغ. لقوله تعالى: {وأرجلكم إلى الكعبين} . ولأن الرجلين في حكم العضو الواحد فظهور إحداهما كظهور كليهما. ولأن ظهور بعض الرجلين يمنع حكم المسح فيما لم يظهر، أصله إذا ظهر بعض الرجل أنه لا يمسح على ما لم يظهر ويغسل ما ظهر.
