مسألة: القائم والجالس إذا طال نومهما لزمهما الوضوء. خلافا للشافعي وقوله لا وضوء على الجالس أصلا. لقوله: (من نام فليتوضأ) . وقوله: (من استجمع النوم فعليه الوضوء) . وهذه عبارة عن الاستغراق وشدة التمكين. ولأنه إذا طال نومه استثقل وزال تماسكه وأسرع إليه خروج الحدث فكان كالمضطجع.
