مسألة: لبن الآدميات طاهر يجوز بيعه وشربه، وقال أبو حنيفة لا يجوز بيعه. فدليلنا قوله عز وجل: {وأحل الله البيع وحرم الربا} . ولأنه لبن طاهر فأشبه لبن الشاة، ولأن كل ما جاز شربه جاز بيعه أصله الماء.
