مسألة: إقرار العبد على نفسه بما يلحقه به عقوبة في بدنه كالقتل والقصاص وغير ذلك يقبل، خلافا لمحمد بن الحسن وداود لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -:من أصاب من هذه القاذورات شيئا فليستتر بستر الله عز وجل. ولم يفرق؛ ولأنه مكلف أقر على نفسه بعقوبة تلحقه في بدنه فقبل منه إقراره كالحر.
