مسألة: إذا أقر المحجور عليه للناس بدين بعد الحجر تعلق بذمته ولم يشارك المقر لهم في ماله لغرمائه المحجور عليه لأجلهم، خلافا للشافعي؛ لأنه بهذا الإقرار يريد أن يقطع حق الغرماء من المال أو من بعضه بقوله: ولا سبيل له إلا ذلك.
