الاِسْتِنْجَاءُ بِالرِّيشِ: ٧ - لاَ يَحْرُمُ الاِسْتِنْجَاءُ بِالرِّيشِ إِذَا كَانَ طَاهِرًا قَالِعًا، وَلَوِ اسْتَنْجَى بِشَيْءٍ مِنْهُ وَشَكَّ هَل وُجِدَتْ فِيهِ تِلْكَ الشُّرُوطُ أَوْ لاَ؟ فَالْمُعْتَمَدُ عِنْدَ الشَّافِعِيَّةِ الإِْجْزَاءُ (٣) . وَيُنْظَرُ (اسْتِنْجَاء) ، (شَعْر) .
